Innnnn, sorry for my Lateness, This picture is FIRST I drew it in my sketch book and than scan it and coloring it in Photoshop.
In the First steps, I put moon in the sky But Someone told me How can It be? Is There a moon When there is raining? Yes He said right. So I remove the moon.

You know Why I give that picture name “Recharge” Because It can make me again to be interested in Drawing.

Why not?? When clouds scatter, moon can shine through vaguely. Flickering raindrops with moonlight. It’d be superb. However, I still can see that there’s a moonlight in your drawing
